QMplus and QMplus Hub unavailable all day on 7th July
Both systems will be unavailable all day for our annual upgrade.

This is a reminder that both QMplus and QMplus Hub (Mahara) will be unavailable all day on Tuesday 7th July.
QMplus
While we are not upgrading QMplus this year, we are making several changes to the system which require us to use our upgrade time.
One change is how we manage archiving and so this means there will be no separate archive site for the 2025/26 academic year. Modules run in this year will continue to be available on the main QMplus site.
Archive sites for the following years will continue to be available during the work on July 7th and afterwards:
- 2024/25
- 2023/24
- 2022/23
- 2021/22
QMplus Hub
We are upgrading our e-portfolio system, QMplus Hub. This will bring some much needed improvements to the user experience which we hope will make the system easier to use.
Along with the upgrade we are doing a rebrand and going forward QMplus Hub will be called Mahara. Experience tells us that people find the current name confusing and so along with the new look we will be using the proper name of the system we are using.
Mahara is a Māori term which translates to "to think, thinking, thought" or "memory".
