EchoVideo Mobile App Update

What is happening?

Echo360 is releasing a completely updated mobile experience with an enhanced interface, improved performance, and a richer set of capabilities for learners, instructors, and administrators.

 

What do I need to do?

Nothing. This update will be delivered as an in-app upgrade for all users who currently have the EchoVideo mobile application installed. Users will receive the update automatically through their device's standard app update process via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Not using the app yet?

Then download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then use your QMplus login credentials to access your content. (Please ensure you have logged into QMplus and navigated to an EchoVideo activity before logging in for the first time).

What is included in the updated experience?

The updated EchoVideo mobile app delivers a modern, accessible experience, including:

• Content access: Browse your sections, library, and personal content on the go

• Video playback: Watch content with full support for transcripts and captions

• Recording and capture: Record directly from your mobile device using your camera or screen (instructors and admins)

• Media uploads: Upload media directly from your mobile device into EchoVideo

• Q&A participation: Engage with Q&A discussions from anywhere

• Content sharing: Share content easily with colleagues and learners

• Accessibility settings: Personalise your experience with configurable transcript, caption size, location, and style preferences
