Students presenting their Capstone Projects for ViWipe

Since February, under the academic guidance of Dr Lilian Schofield and Dr Gloria Appiah, with Entrepreneurship Hub support from Dr Anna Glarin and Jodie Bispham, students have worked exceptionally hard to support real-life clients, responding to their briefs and contributing meaningfully to their mission and vision.

Working with the Entrepreneurship Hub, the students have supported:

  • Decentials, a start-up founded by a prison-leaver from last year's QMUL-ReMAKE programme.
  • Clean Break, a charitable theatre company supporting women with lived experience of the criminal justice system.

Throughout the process, students demonstrated strong engagement, professionalism, and delivered high-quality presentations. Feedback from clients has been overwhelmingly positive, with one describing the students’ work as “inspirational” and another said:

"You didn't just analyse the business you really grasped our mission and the social impact we're trying to create. Because of the thought and effort, you all put into this project, I genuinely feel that our vision and potential impact have been strengthened considerably."

Congratulations to everyone involved.
