• Meet and connect with other ECRs over lunch.
• Discuss interdisciplinary opportunities to write grants and/or papers together and collaborate in new research.
• Chat about challenges unique to ECRs, such as job (in-)security, workloads, transitioning to, and from, QMUL, etc.
