Dr Shaddai Tembo is a Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood Studies at Bath Spa University and an independent speaker and trainer with Critical Early Years. He is a former early years practitioner, trustee with the Fatherhood Institute, and expert advisor to the Bristol EY Forum for Anti-Racist Practice.
