Profile

Estel Malgosa is a social anthropologist and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Girona. Her research sits at the intersection of childhood studies, feminist studies, and sexuality education, focusing on children's experiences of gender and sexuality. She is particularly interested in children's rights, participation, agency, and sexual citizenship, as well as the role of schools in shaping childhood experiences. Her work is grounded in participatory and child-centred research methodologies and contributes to debates on education, gender equality, and social justice.
